Smokey Garlic Pepper Dry Rub

2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 T. grey sea salt
2 t. dried pink peppercorns, crushed
1/2 t. smoked paprika
3 T. olive oil

Put all ingredients into a bowl and whisk to combine. Rub the mixture over meat, poultry or fish to marinate before cooking. Makes 1/3 cup.
